What is Co-Living?

Co-living is revolutionizing the way we work and live in the big city. It is popular with digital nomads, travelers, students, remote workers, corporate executives, interns, and those who want a new way to live that affords flexibility, costs that are predictable, and shared communities. The idea of co-living is based on private spaces in shared modern homes where members have both the privacy they desire and a community with varied cultures and shared interests.

Why should I consider co-living?

There are many reasons to consider co-living. If you’re on a budget, if you are new to a city and want to discover new locations, if you’re looking to socialize and want to meet new people, if you want to live and work in a city but also want the benefits that a community offers.

Will I have enough privacy?

All residents have their own private bedroom and private storage space within the residence. No personal belongings are allowed in the common area, except the dedicated storage space. Residents share the common areas in a respectful manner.  To make sure you’re able to find a great match as fast as possible, we will share roommate questionnaire result among the current and prospect residents. The current residents of the residence will make a decision and provide you the feedback. If they feel like you’re a great fit, you’ll be able to proceed with your application.

What will I have to share with others?

Common areas are the kitchen, dining room, living area, dedicated working space, and amenities offered. Bathrooms may be shared or private depending on the room choice.

Can I decorate my room?

You can decorate your own room. You are welcome to have personal items to enhance the feeling of home, as long as nothing damages the permanent space and it does not interfere with another person’s living experience or living space.
